One of the unique features of the Meven ecosystem is represented by the OTC Marketplace for public allocations. There is no other launchpad that offers this feature to their community. Users will be able to trade their allocations before and after the project's token has been launched. There are advantages for both the projects and the investors, as following:

• instant access to liquidity for the investors, anytime

• if an investor does not believe in a project anymore, they will have the possibility to sell their allocation to another investor that believes in the project, and in this way, the project wins a strong holder

• if another investor buys an allocation at, for example, a price 50% higher than the public price, they will be incentivized to hold the tokens longer for a higher ROI, which results in less selling pressure for the token
