# OTC Marketplace

One of the unique features of the Meven ecosystem is represented by the OTC Marketplace for public allocations. **There is no other launchpad that offers this feature to their community**. Users will be able to trade their allocations before and after the project's token has been launched.\

There are advantages for both the projects and the investors, as following:

* instant access to liquidity for the investors, anytime
* if an investor does not believe in a project anymore, they will have the possibility to sell their allocation to another investor that believes in the project, and in this way, the project wins a strong holder
* if another investor buys an allocation at, for example, a price 50% higher than the public price, they will be incentivized to hold the tokens longer for a higher ROI, which results in less selling pressure for the token
