πŸ’°Community Insurance

While aiming to bring high-quality IDOs to the attention of our community, Meven has formulated a list of IDO rules that will apply to all projects that would like to complete the IDO on our launchpad.

These requests will also benefit projects as they will guide them on how to prepare for the IDO more comprehensively to ensure their success, as well as high returns for their investors. All selected projects will receive support in marketing, tokenomics, launch strategies, and more from our team.

  1. Meven won’t accept projects with unreasonable valuations (FDV) or where multiples between the seed and the public rounds are more than 4x.

  2. We will ensure every project complies with the distribution dates and times set by and agreed upon by both parties

  3. We will ensure that the time between the IDO date and the listing date does not exceed 1 month

  4. Meven will review the project’s smart contract audits and verify there are no blacklisting or other restrictions in their token contract so it doesn’t hurt token distribution and the community

  5. We will ensure that the project adds a suitable amount of liquidity and that it is locked for at least one year

  6. Meven will only send raised funds as per the vesting schedule of the project

  7. Meven requires any project to stay above IDO price for the first two vesting periods. If the price falls 20% below IDO price and stays at that level until the next distribution, then we will refund the community on the amount remaining. I.e., 1st distribution is the first vesting period 1, 2nd distribution is vesting period two, and the cut off is the day before the 3rd distribution

  8. We will ensure that the Meven community will be able to claim distributions no later than any other launchpad

  9. Meven will reserve the right to do a full or partial refund at any time due to malicious or bad practices and crucial technical issues that cause the community concern or that result in severe price drops, whether it’s pre-launch, at launch, or after certain distributions but prior to full distribution.
